Legal Notice

1. Owner of the site and the service

This notice is provided in accordance with Article 10 of Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE). HOSTELELLA operates, among others, hostelella.com and its subdomains, including app, API, legal documentation and technical or test environment subdomains where applicable.

2. Conditions of use

Access to and use of HOSTELELLA is governed by the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the DPA and the other applicable legal documents. HOSTELELLA is a professional B2B service and is not intended for consumers or for persons under 18 years old.

3. Intellectual property

The brand, software, design, texts, structure, content and elements of the service belong to HOSTELELLA or its licensors. Their unauthorized copying, exploitation or reuse is prohibited.

4. Liability

HOSTELELLA is not liable for unlawful uses of the service, data uploaded by customers without a legal basis, decisions made without human review (including those supported by artificial intelligence results or proposals), or third-party services beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to the mandatory rights recognized by law.

5. Regulated activities, contracting, payments and communications

Unless expressly stated in an order form or contract, HOSTELELLA does not provide legal, tax, accounting, labor, financial advice or professional chartered audit. Before a plan is purchased, the price, billing interval, taxes, features, first charge date and cancellation method will be displayed. Stripe processes external payments; HOSTELELLA is the seller, invoice issuer where applicable and contact point for support, cancellation, unauthorized payments and refund requests. Legal communications must be sent to the email indicated in this Legal Notice.

The contracting steps, error-correction means, contract storage, languages and electronic confirmation are described in the Terms. External mobile purchases may additionally be subject to the terms and reports of the authorized Apple or Google program; those platforms do not process or support HOSTELELLA's external charge.

Price or pack changes, portability and exit, and suspension or termination rules are set out in the Terms. Notices concerning allegedly illegal content must be sent to legal@hostelella.com with its exact location, reasons and legal rule, contact details — unless a legal exception applies — and a good-faith and accuracy statement. HOSTELELLA will communicate reasons and available review where required by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065.
