HOSTELELLA operates, among others, hostelella.com and its subdomains, including app, API, legal documentation and technical or test environment subdomains where applicable.
2. Conditions of use
Access to and use of HOSTELELLA is governed by the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the DPA and the other applicable legal documents. HOSTELELLA is a professional B2B service and is not intended for consumers or for persons under 18 years old.
3. Intellectual property
The brand, software, design, texts, structure, content and elements of the service belong to HOSTELELLA or its licensors. Their unauthorized copying, exploitation or reuse is prohibited.
4. Liability
HOSTELELLA is not liable for unlawful uses of the service, data uploaded by customers without a legal basis, decisions made without human review (including those supported by artificial intelligence results or proposals), or third-party services beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to the mandatory rights recognized by law.
5. Regulated activities, prices and communications
Unless expressly stated in an order form or contract, HOSTELELLA does not provide legal, tax, accounting, labor, financial advice or professional chartered audit. Any published price is understood to be exclusive of taxes unless otherwise indicated. Legal communications must be sent to the email indicated in this Legal Notice.
